The speakers have over 25 years of combined experience in software development/design arena and are currently managing multiple projects and development teams in a hybrid environment. We tried many things in the past and we have seen many struggles and pitfalls. We learned quite a few things on the way, improved and built better practices and tools over the years to help us manage project cycles.

What we are about to show you is our attempt at a next generation of a project management process. Don't be left behind, learn how to efficiently manage your projects, teams, clients and own the process, don't let the process own you. This session is intended for audience of all levels. The information presented can hopefully help in reducing stress and anxiety when it comes to managing and owning projects.
