In a world where technology evolves quickly, so must people's skill sets. As systems become more complex with data and design, finding the right team with the right skills can be difficult. A large scale Drupal project requires a matrix of skills, and in order to get the best out of each team member it is necessary to define their roles and responsibilities.
This talk will outline how the terms "web designer" and "web developer" are increasingly difficult to define, and how they have given way to titles such as "Developer", "Front End Developer", "Visual Designer", "User Experience Designer", and more. It's time to attempt to de-mystify all of these roles so that project managers can get projects staffed properly and have everyone working to their strengths.
